1- Attending classes

Time is the most important thing we have. Therefore, students and teachers must be online at the specified time. Any delay on the part of the student and the teacher is not accepted. (except for emergencies).

2 – dress code

Students must ensure that their clothing is modest and appropriate for Holy Quran classes.

3 – Rearranged chapters and make-up
(Important)

If the student finds that he cannot attend the class for any reason, he must send a text message to the teacher via WhatsApp at least 4 hours before the start of the class and ensure that the class is rearranged for another suitable day (only three classes per month for any study plan).
* Do not send a message to the support team if you want to cancel lessons (for a period of less than a week).
If the student is absent from the class without sending an email to the teacher via (WhatsApp) at least 4 hours before the start of the class, no make-up will be arranged unless there is a sudden illness or death in the family.

If a student is planning a vacation, they should email the teacher and quality team via quality@learnquranonlineacademy.com or text the live chat icon.

4- Teachers giving

In rare cases, the teacher may be absent from the class (for example, due to a power outage or a medical emergency), in such cases, if the teacher is late for the class, the student should email the teacher via WhatsApp and inform him/her that they are online the internet. The teacher will make up for any lost class or time.
If the teacher is often late or absent from classes, please send an email to quality@learnquranonlineacademy.com or text the Live Chat icon as soon as possible.

5 – Number of monthly classes/hours

The number of classes/hours has been agreed upon when any student joins the academy. If you would like to increase/decrease the number of classes, please email quality@learnquranonlineacademy.com. Or send a text message to the Live Chat icon.
Please note that if the first payment is made on any day of the month (except the first), you will do the rest of the classes during that month. And starting next month and every month, you will only do the required number of classes according to your appropriate study plan.
Please note that the teacher will inform you to cancel any additional classes that are more than the number of classes required in your appropriate study plan.
Example: If it is agreed that you will attend 4 classes a month on Saturdays, sometimes it happens that there will be 5 Saturdays in one month. In this case, the fifth semester will be cancelled. Payment is made according to the hourly rate; therefore, the additional classes are not paid.
Q: Can I upgrade/downgrade my study plan at a later time?
A: For manual monthly subscription: Yes, you can increase or decrease the ranks of your study plan but you must inform quality@learnquranonlineacademy.com. com by emailing or texting the Live Chat code 2 days before the end of the current month and before the start of the next month, otherwise your current scheduled package for the month will be canceled without refund.
A: For automatic monthly subscription: Yes, you can increase or decrease the classes of your study plan but you must inform quality@learnquranonlineacademy.com by email or text the live chat icon 2 days prior to the registration day, otherwise your current scheduled package of the month will be cancelled without refund.Also, the student can add additional hours to the existing study plan at any time. Average regular school hours = 7

6 – Quality control

The quality of learning is closely monitored through various measures such as measurement of attendance discipline, regular teacher training, student and teacher feedback and quarterly progress reports.
Quarterly reports (for children under 16)
Parents will get a quarterly report at the end of every 3 months. This will provide the opportunity for parents to review the progress of their children.
Quarterly progress reports (January, April, July, October)

7 – Reports

Teachers write all class times + class summary reports as soon as they finish each class. Students and parents will receive quarterly progress reports every three months. This will provide the opportunity for parents to review the progress of their children. You will find the reports on the student page

8 – Rating and feedback

Our quality department will email you after a few lessons to ask for your feedback. Please let them know if you have any concerns, questions or complaints. Your feedback helps us improve our services. We highly appreciate it.

9- Privacy Policy

The Online Quran Learning Academy maintains the privacy of both students and teachers. All personal information is confidential information that no one has the right to know, copy or use in any way. The emails provided by the Academy to teachers and students are the only official channel of communication.

10- Payment policy

Subscriptions must be made after a successful trial lesson and before the start of the next lesson.
For Automatic Monthly Subscription: Your monthly subscription automatically renews (on the day of registration) each month until cancelled by you or the Academy.
* If you have any classes left from the previous month:
Please do not auto opt-out for this reason as it will result in an issue with the dates. Instead
1- Please ask the academy to refund these remaining chapters
2- Or ask the teacher to compensate you for these remaining classes at other appropriate times.
For a monthly manual subscription:
New monthly payments and invoices must be made on time on the day of registration each month. Otherwise, classes will be suspended until payment is received.
You will receive an invoice (report) via email or PayPal every four weeks covering the next four weeks. We ask that you send payments promptly because our commitments to our teachers are based on timely payments.
* If you have any classes left from the previous month:
Please do not be late in paying the new bill as this will cause an issue with dates and paperwork. Instead
1- Please ask the academy to refund these remaining chapters
2- Or ask the teacher to compensate you for these remaining classes at other appropriate times.

11- Refund policy

Online Quran learning fees have already been scheduled and we offer a full refund if a student withdraws before classes begin. But once chapters are confirmed and you have one, no refund will be given. If for any reason on our part we fail to provide you with classes and you have already paid the fee, we will refund you after deducting the refund fee. This is our refund policy.
If for some reason you have classes, the credit can only be transferred to the following month’s classes.
If the number of school hours has not been completed in a given month, you should arrange for these missed classes as soon as possible with your teacher to make up for them on other days that are convenient for both of you.

12- Official holidays

The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: God has given you better than them on the day of al-Adha and the day of al-Fitr.
Accordingly, we have two main holidays which are Eid Al-Adha holiday which lasts for 5 days and Eid Al-Fitr holiday which lasts for 3 days. (Please note that your classes during these breaks will be a gift to your teacher and will not be compensated).

13- Studying at the academy only

You are not allowed to study with your teacher outside the academy. (Only at the academy)

14- Leaving the academy

If for any reason a student decides to leave the academy, please kindly send an email to quality@learnquranonlineacademy.com or text the live chat code. Two days before the date of departure, with a mention of the reason for that.
